Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle. The entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. We will charge a $100 service fee on top of remediation charges.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for evaluation. Renter is responsible for checking tire pressure.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS.
- Cleanliness is expected of the renter. Wash dishes, clean sleeping areas of debris, sand, etc. If excessive cleaning is required due to negligence, it will come out of the renter's security deposit.
