Tow vehicle must have a minimum of 4500 lbs towing capacity. If you are under tow at your own risk. NOTE that no refund will be issued due to tow vehicle issues. Make sure your vehicle is ready and has a 7 pin male receiver. Also the awning is tied down and not in service.

- Tow vehicle must be able to pull the proper weight. Under capacity vehicles will be denied departure and no refund.
- Trips that end in an emergency tow due for any reason will not be refunded.
- Remove all person items before returning the unit. Personal left behind will be immediately discarded.
- Any damage (partial or full) to any accessory item will result in a full replacement.
- No personal items are provided such as sheets, Silverware, salt, water, etc.

I don't want to slam this unit, but it did not function in key areas, and needs love. Even after asking if everything worked, I personally had to replace the breakaway cable prior to my trip. MAIN safety feature. Then the non-usable awning was zip tied shut and told not to use it based on repair costs. Bro, an awning is a MAIN feature of an RV experience.
Thanks for the review. Sorry your rental experience was not up to par. I understand you paid a lot of money and that is about 60% rv shares take. I only get a small portion. I have been renting for 6 years now and I know what brakes a lot and I have removed them from my unit: The awning and the refrigerator lock. It you feel like you had a bad experience call customer service and ask for a refund.
Steven was fantastic to work with, and this RV was perfect for our trip. Pickup and drop-off were very easy. The unit was clean and reliable with good tires. Everything worked flawlessly on our trip. Lightweight and easy to pull also. Highly recommend renting this unit and working with Steven. Would absolutely rent again.
Camper was as listed and in good shape. Steven was great with communicating and madenpick up and drop off a breeze. I would definitely rent again.
