Winston was very easy to work with. He was super thorough and informative on the pre-trip walk through. He was also very responsive to any questions we had while on the trip.
The RV is in excellent shape inside and out. It is very spacious and luxurious. Plenty of room and amenities to hangout with friends and family. The beds are quite comfortable.

He was late. the rv wasn't leveled. We were told the awning was broke and being repaired as the reason for being late, but it was still broke when it was delivered. There was a terrible sewer smell and gauges indicated it was67% full. so we had someone come out to check it and gauges were not working. the smell was so bad it made it hard to stay there.
