Richard was very helpful, considerate and delievered and picked up our trailer showing us all we needed to know.
The battery may need replacing as it did not hold a charge for very long to run water pumps, lights etc. but we manged.
Richard was east to work with. He was laid back and accommodated my requests regarding pick up and drop off times. I wasn’t nickeled and dimed which was nice. Everything was included in the rental including propane and dumping after return.

My family had a good time. Richard made the rental experience very easy. Trailer was easy to tow with my 1500 ram.
We needed a few hours of flexibility for pickup and dropoff times and Richard was very accommodating. The unit was clean and contained the essentials we needed. Although we much prefer to travel in our 24 foot motorhome, this 28 ft trailer served our needs when our rig was unexpectedly sidelined. Coordination and communication was excellent.
