Unfortunately, the experience was not so good for several reasons. Firstly, the pictures did not match what the car was like in reality. The pictures in the ad were of a newer model, while the one we rented was very worn and old. The car was very dirty when we took it over and there were quite a few traces of previous tenants.
HUY, was available for all questions every time I called. Since it was our first outing we had several questions. HUY always answered and was very pleasant on the phone. HUY did a great job explaining everything as we picked up the RV.
When we booked this motorhome, we knew we were going to love it. Very accurate description, I was impressed. We had one minor issue with the generator and KC came directly to us and got us going. Very responsive, even checked up on us the next day. Next time we need to rent one, he’s our guy.
Very spacious RV once you get to where you’re going and can open up all the slides. Having 2 toilets was awesome and even had enough room for a crib to fit in the king bedroom. Owner did a great job of explaining all the features and operations. He was also very upfront about some preexisting damage and if something didn’t work. Would rent again for sure.
