- Renter is required to take either Enhanced or Premier RV insurance.
- Camper must be returned in the same condition as it was received
- Grey and black water tanks must be emptied and cleaned by renter or there will be a $175 fee.
- No rentals inside NYC (5 boros) limits or Long Island. No rentals to any kind of fairs, festivals, block parties or places where people tend to get out of control.
- The roof is off limits. You could get seriously injured.. Also, please be mindful of the stairs. They're is one handrail and we your you to use it so as not to get injured.

Larry and Gail's RV was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The unit was clean and had beautiful amenities. Communication was great and we were able to quickly book the RV. Larry and Gail kept us up to date on everything and educated us on any questions we had as we were RV newbies. Drop off was quick and easy. Larry was able to get the RV into the perfect spot for us.

Very clean. Lawrence supplied the coffee maker coffee all the utensils plates cups available a little grill for outside he also lay down 2 huge outdoor rugs which came in very handy when it rained lol I would definitely recommend this rv and I would rent again from him.
