-Pas de réponse aux questions demandées avant le départ. Communication zéro.
-Roulotte plein de poils de chien. Nous avons passé 2 hres à nettoyer la roulotte avant de s installer. Il charge 100$ pour nettoyer et ce n est pas fait.
-Infestés de fourmis.
-pas de clé pour barrer la roulotte. On en a demandé mais ce n est pas les bonnes qu il a rapporté.
This was an absolute pleasure! The RV was delivered on time with no complications. It was exactly as pictured and has everything you need with the exception of food and linens. I couldn’t have been more satisfied!

This was such a great experience for my family. We are new to RVing and Tom was very quick to respond to any questions we had before, during, and even after the vacation. The RV was delivered on time, set up, and ready for us to just enjoy. I can not recommend Tom enough, it was a fantastic experience.
We had a great experience. Everything is included, all you need to bring is sheets, pillows and towels. The rv is very clean and everything is in like new condition. Tom was very helpful and all replies to messages were answered within minutes.
It wasn’t a bad experience for what we paid per night I feel like the owner should’ve been a little bit more responsive and concerned about the dead battery
Kay, Thank you for the response. I'm sorry about the troubles you had, and the battery has been replaced at this time, shortly after your trip. We never did receive the keys that you forgot to leave us after your rental however. We will be moving forward with getting our keys replaced at our own expense.
