- No smoking allowed
- Camping without power is not allowed during summer, winter, or anytime the temperature is likely to be uncomfortable.
- We will not be held responsible for any issues related to dry camping, loss of battery, overheated generator, running out of fresh water or overfill of black/gray tanks.
- No Smoking of ANY kind inside the motorhome. There is a $500 fumigation fee for rentals having any evidence of smokers.

No smoking in or around the RV. No climbing on the roof. Camping without power is not allowed during summer, winter, or anytime the temperature is likely to be uncomfortable. No refunds will be given due to generator malfunction when camping without power.
