We had not rented an RV since 1987 so we needed a complete orientation to the RV. Paige gave us a detailed tour of all the components of the RV and had a book in the RV that we could refer to while we were on our trip. She also answered our questions when we were setting up the RV for the first time. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of our rental experience.
