Rental Rules

- Pets allowed on a case by case scenario with discussion, a cleaning fee will be assessed and added
- No smoking allowed, extensive cleaning fee will be applied and security deposit will not be returned
- To avoid cleaning fee, please remove all trash, wash and put away used dishes, remove all perishables from refrigerator, wipe down counters, table tops, sweep, knock out rugs and pile dirty linens
- Cleaning fee increases if camping near lake or beach and if trailer is not cleaned thoroughly. Boondocking at beach is not allowed.
- Please make sure holding tanks are returned empty (for renters without delivery). A dumping and cleaning fee will be assessed if this is not completed. Do not flush any feminine products in toilet.

We rented Jordan’s RV to stay on the property during my son’s pig show in Kerrville. We had rented one last year and had such a great time that we decided to do it again. Jordan was very flexible with delivery and had the RV all set up when we arrived that evening after settling the pigs in, which was especially nice since the property manager wasn’t very helpful with slot assignments.
