Travis was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained the workings of the RV and explained everything I needed to know. He delivered and picked up the RV at agreed upon times, set it up and packed it up when I was finished. The unit was clean and everything functioned as it was supposed to. I would definitely contact Travis again if and when I rent an RV. A really enjoyable experience.
