This seems like JOKE but wasn't! When Dean and his crew deliver the RV the slide and interior batteries are dead so after their demo of how to use everything the slide won't retract so we can't leave... and they tell me just go ahead and charge them yourself...
Future customers. Let me be clear our units are serviced by Merced’s & one of my couriers didn’t follow my SOP for check out trying to accommodate Brandon’s request to pickup coach early and we don’t check out until noon unless the pre-check is performed before rental.
We loved the vehicle and our experience with it, despite one hiccup with the water connection. But there will always be one hiccup, I'm told by experienced RVers. Dean was very responsive. I'd send a message and he'd respond within seconds.
My wife and I drove nearly 4000 miles in this unit to 3 National Parks and across 5 states. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks Dean!
