This RV was wonderful. Tons of space, comfortable beds and seats, and powerful AC. Easy to drive, and easy to reverse. Easy to switch to manual gears for help with descending hills. All around easy experience. Steve was helpful, responsive and had great communication and was super friendly. This will be my “go to” RV going forward. Thanks Steve!
The RV is mostly working fine and very spacious. When we arrived the RV was not cleaned at all, but Steve was helpful and organised cleaning personnel. Some basic equipment (e.g. kitchen knives) was missing, we bought it and Steve came up for the expenses. Overall the RV is okay and as described, but a bit run down for a 2023 build…
A quick note. The biggest issue on cleaning was the exterior storage compartments. This nice family was from Germany and they said that specifically was not to “European Standards” I own a hotel where all 4 RVs are stored. Housekeeping came out immediately and got it to their satisfaction. We really do try our best to accommodate everyone and have almost all 5 star reviews.
RV was just as described online and ran perfectly the whole week. Great communication with Steve, and the pickup/drop off of the vehicle went smoothly. Space was as described. But note that the fold out beds by table/couch are small and best for kids, not adults. Our teen son was a little cramped, but managed just fine. It was a memorable family vacation!
Really enjoyed the RV, no issues was exactly as stated.
