Jason was very helpful when we picked up and returned the trailer to setup and disengage the trailer and my towing SUV. The black water tank gauge is not accurate. When we dumped the tank, it still shows 1/2 full. I got the sewer connection on my camp site. I just dumped/discharged the black water tank whenever it displayed 3/4 full.
Nice little trailer for a weekend at the state park.
This was our first time renting an RV. After a few hiccups it was great. Michael was great at helping us get set up.
A lot of little things weren't maintained well. The RV wasn't particularly clean and Michael admitted he usually doesn't clean it. The brakes did not work. The dump hose leaked. Michael tried to get us to fix his thermostat during our vacation. Michael was downright rude when we dropped off the trailer.
Michael was a great host and communicator. We were able to make changes as our situation changed and he took care of setting up the camper when we got behind due to traffic. He checked up on us throughout the weekend but not in an obtrusive way. A great experience all around.
Trailer was nice over all but had some things to be fixed on an electrical side of things. The floor plan and layout was great, the full size fridge was amazing, and the AC was cold as ice!
