Mitch does a great job communicating during the entire process. Flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. The camper was nice a clean during pick up.
He is super educational for anyone new to the camper world and wants to make sure you are comfortable with the unit.
Renting this camper trailer was very easy. It was my first experience using a large camper trailer and with the careful explanations I felt prepared to properly take care of this nice trailer for our weekend getaway. Everything worked correctly, the hookup was simple, the trailer was clean and well maintained.
Good RV for a hauler. Needed to call and get bathroom door installed.
Mitch was really great. He shared the pertinent information that was needed to tow and operate the RV. He was helpful with hook-up and return and understood RVing very well and was willing to help with anything that was needed to make the experience great. We contacted him one time to ask about a portable generator question and he was very kind in working to try and help us.
Mitch was great to work with and flexible with the timing of pick up and drop off.
Owner was easy to work with. The RV was clean and we did not have any problems. All in all a very pleasant experience.
