Sam was amazing. Extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our trip had a lot of logistics to figure out and Sam made the entire process much, much easier for us at every step of the way. Can't thank him enough. You're the best, Sam.
Sam was a nice guy but he ended up charging me for stuff that I had nothing to do with. And you should know that the RV has been smoked in. Like to bowl me over when I went he. He said he couldn't smell it. I surly could. Dash air went out as did my ability to start the generator from the dash. I told him but did not complain.
Great experience working with Sam and his RV! He was very attentive, available any time to answer questions and troubleshooting any issues. We had a mechanical issue while in Florida and Sam got a mobile mechanic to us immediately and the problem was fixed. This was our first RV experience and we really appreciated Sam's responsiveness - he went above and beyond.
The RV was great and Sam was easy to work with.
