We have found that the garage area allows us to keep all of our kids toys and things separate from the main living area keeping that area tidy. I will deliver and set up with 100 miles of Shawnee, OK, to any full hookup sites. Will have clean sheets, towels, cooking utensils, pans, cups, bowls, silverware.

- General Use: Do not use awning if winds above 13mph. If I delivered and set up the rig, do not move the slideouts or unhook any lines without contacting me.
- General Rules: NO pets - No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside of the RV - No climbing on the roof, Do not exceed the sleeping capacity.
- Care and Cleanliness : Do NOT flush anything besides RV safe toilet paper - Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals. Please return used items back to where they were located.
- Utilities: Be mindful of power usage, not all appliances can run at once - Do not overfill tanks, monitor gauges regularly - Do not run water pump when connected to city water.
- Delivery service and Towing - For delivery, reserved sites must be full hookups. If towing the rig yourself, please only pull with a 1 ton rig.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay! I flew in from New Hampshire with my daughter for a 10-day stay, and I can honestly say this was the best RV experience we’ve ever had. Ronnie was amazing to work with: so kind, communicative, and thoughtful. He set everything up, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing (which, as anyone traveling knows, is priceless).
