The owner greeted me pleasantly when I arrived and the unit appeared to be representative of the pictures we saw online. How ever we had two significant issues during our rental of this unit. 1: A filter of some type needed replacement and resulted in reduced power when driving over minor grade increases. Notified the owner while in route to our destination.
Stephen and his assistant Jennifer were so kind and easy to work with. The RV was incredible! It was a perfect addition to our trip! I highly recommend it!
