First advice is do not rent this unit. It is worn out and well beyond its' time. There are so many things wrong and can go wrong on this. The owner will then try to say that you have caused the damage and that you should have informed her. We would have had to call daily. Save yourself a lot of headache and pass on this one.
Becca and her husband were amazing. They were so attentive and answered all of our questions. The Camper was great and we had an amazing time!
Becca was easy to rent from - quick to respond to questions, flexible on pick up / return, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. They also provide really detailed videos on the rental which were much appreciated. The RV itself is obviously older and has some minor blemishes, but everything that matters functions well.
Filthy. All dishes were dirty. Upholstery had clouds of dirt coming off it anytime we sat on them. Shower had a layer of brown on it that came off with a damp rag. Couldn’t use regular coffee, only K cups, which would have been fine but the videos said we could use regular ground coffee. They also said propane heat could run throughout the night off of battery, but it lasted about 5 hrs.
We rented a Jacky for our Yellow Stone trip and it was our first experience with RV . Becca was great with communication and providing details. she gave tips for driving operations which were appreciated once we were on the road. The RV was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with what we needed for our trip. It was spacious for us(group of adult). We really enjoyed our trip.
I felt comfortable during the entire experience. Becca was in communication with me several times before we even picked up the RV. RV was exactly as promoted. Couple of little wear-and-tear things internally but nothing major or nothing that took away from our experience. I would highly recommend Becca and Wacky J.
