Our family of 4 enjoyed our vacation in this RV very much. We found Donna to be very helpful and communicative. However, there were a few concerning hiccups with this rental:
1) We were given a 2018 Coachmen Freelander, not a 2020. I don't know why it is listed as a 2020. The registration and VIN show it is a 2018. "Hot off the line"...? There was a lot of wear and tear on this vehicle.
Great RV for our short weekend. All amenities were fully functionable and great to have! Our favorite feature was the awning with the LED lights. Provided all the light we needed when we were hanging outside the RV. This RV also has a very large storage compartment under the RV which was great to have access to.
