- Tow vehicle must be able to pull the proper weight. Under capacity vehicles will be denied departure and no refund.
- Trips that end in an emergency tow due for any reason will not be refunded.
- Remove all person items before returning the unit. Personal left behind will be immediately discarded.
- Any damage(partial or full) to any accessory item will result in a full replacement.
- No personal items are provided such as sheets, Silverware, salt, water, etc.

Stephen was very thorough in explaining what to do. This was our first time renting or using a camp trailer.
We needed extra sleeping room for thanksgiving this was close to home and the perfect size for our driveway.
Had an overall good experience with this RV rental. Steven was very nice and is very on top of his communication. The only thing was that the fridge, hot water, heater and water levels tester were not working. This was a bit of a bummer because we had a ton of food that we were bringing for four days on our trip.

Nice trailer that worked just fine for my camping trip. Lite weight and easy to pull.
Due to a towing vehicle breakdown we were unable to complete our actual camping plan, however Steven was very helpful with advice, his time and effort in helping us return the RV to his home and finally in communicating with RVShare about our rental. We could not have expected or experienced a better effort from an RV owner.
