We enjoyed the RV and would rent again from Tyler!
The RV we rented for our weekend was broken. The owner texted to the afternoon we were supposed to pick it up and said it would be ready after 3pm in Mesa and to meet him at the shop. Once we drove to Mesa we were then notified by the owner that it would not be ready but he has another one we could use back in Phoenix.
Im sorry the RV was not ready as I was promised from genes rv. I Thought upgrading you to an rv 5 years newer and $50 more a night would have made top for it. I did waive all the cleaning, dumping, milage, and allowed late drop off with no extra charge.
When I picked up the RV I was told that the supper slide was not working after being returned from the previous renter. the owner said that most RV parks have a mechanic and I could get it fixed. The owner also told me that the RV was due for an oil change about half way through my vacation and asked me if I could change it during my vacation.
