Mark was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The trailer was delivered right on time. There was an issue with the batteries and Mark went out and purchased 2 new batteries and came back to install them. Everything worked as described and trailer was delivered clean and with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your trip.
Excellent rental! Had an issue with setup that was not discovered until Mark had returned home -- he came back immediately and resolved the issue! Would certainly rent again!
