We have 2 locations on our 11 acre country property where the camper can be set up. 1 setting is at the back of the property near our private pond. This location does not have water, sewer, or electric hook ups. However, the water tank will be filled up and a generator can be rented. This site is more isolated and away from living quarters. The second site is next to the house on the property but has water, sewer, and electric hookups.

This RV experience could not have been better! Ryan was great, the RV was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable- 100% I would do this deal again. This was a 5 day, 2 people fishing trip at Lake Fork. Ryan was very responsive from beginning to end and he is a super nice dude! The RV is in great shape, LED lighting outside- with a speaker system! We grilled outside and had a grand time.

We enjoyed the rental. Ryan delivered and picked up for us. The camper provided sheets and blankets and several dishes so it was convenient for our camping trip.
