Jae was great with the communication, flexibility and ease of check out/in. The Pictures in the listing really need to be updated. The pics must have been when the RV was brand new - in person it shows a lot of wear not shown in the pictures. Everything (except the front shade and awning lights) worked but nothing was as pristine as the pictures would have you believe.

Yes you are right the RV is not in the pristine condition but pictures do tend to come out little better. Due to some wear on the floor and I have replaced it with a new flooring.
Also, I feel that I need to address other issues that you raised for future renters.
1. Sway bar: There is no issue with sway bar.
We rented this Class A RV for our first ever family (2 adults/3 teens) RV experience- go big or go home! Having never driven an RV before, we found it easy to drive. We loved the cleanliness, roominess, and the extras Jae provided (dishes, utensils, toilet paper, camping chairs, table-top grill, etc). The kids loved the 4 TV’s and being able to use the fridge and microwave as we were traveling.
We had an awesome trip in this RV. The WiFi on the road made the trip so relaxing for the kids and the ride was super smooth. We had all we needed and more! I would recommend this RV for sure. Jae is easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions we had.
