Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating

- Minimum renter age of 27
- Trailer is never to be taken off road. Paved. gravel, caleche or similar type roads only.
- If Trailer is returned as clean as rented no cleaning fees will apply. If trailer is returned in lesser condition cleaning fees will be applied starting as $300 and up.
- The maximum number of campers is 4. Pets are allowed on an exception basis only.
- Frying foods inside the RV is not allowed. Ventilation is insufficient. Lingering odors force the Trailer to be removed from rental pool. Associated costs will be passed to renter.
- Smoking, the use of incense or the burning of aromatic oils will result in an immediate forfeiture of deposit.

William is very responsive and his RV is great! Will be renting from him again next time we need an RV in the Woodlands area.
Our family enjoyed this RV. We used the back area as our grandsons play area. RV is stocked with everything you need for your trip. William was excellent to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time staying in it.

William is on point with communication and will go into great detail with you about his RV and how to use it along with proper setup for towing to make sure you have fun and safe towing, camping and RV experience.
