Owner was communicative and very easy to work with. RV was clean and in great condition. The onboard generator is a definite plus and the RV is very spacious inside. Great experience overall.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 27
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Trailer is never to be taken off road. Paved. gravel, caleche or similar type roads only.
- If Trailer is returned as clean as rented no cleaning fees will apply. If trailer is returned in lesser condition cleaning fees will be applied starting as $300 and up.
- The maximum number of campers is 4. Pets are allowed on an exception basis only.
- Frying foods inside the RV is not allowed. Ventilation is insufficient. Lingering odors force the Trailer to be removed from rental pool. Associated costs will be passed to renter.
- Smoking, the use of incense or the burning of aromatic oils will result in an immediate forfeiture of deposit.
This unit is truly our second home. We invite you to enjoy it as much as we do. We also ask that you respect and care for it the same way you would a good friend's home. If returned as clean as rented there is no cleaning fee. If it is returned in lesser condition, cleaning fees...
