This is my first experience in renting a camper. I started with getting a hitch put on my vehicle. He made suggestions on what to get. When I showed up and my hitch was too low, He let me borrow the correct hitch from him instead of making me go back to the store to change it. The camper was clean and operated just as the description said. It was a fun weekend trip for my sister and me.
Scott is very helpful, knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He was on-time for both my pickup and drop off. At pickup he showed me the features of the teardrop and how to set it up. All told a great experience.
We had been talking about the getting a teardrop trailer "someday" for quite a while, so when it became obvious that we were going to need to rent a camper we decided to try one out.
