Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking (any smoke detected in the unit will result in loss of deposit)
- No pets (any indication of pet presence will result in the loss of deposit)
- 50 amp electrical service is required unless prior approval is granted by the owner.
- If the fifth wheel is picked up in the same clean condition as it was dropped off, there will be no cleaning fee. Otherwise, $100 will be deducted from the deposit for additional cleaning requirements
