I cannot recommend renting from this owner. The water pump did not work on our trip so we couldn't shower, brush our teeth, or wash our hands in the sinks. The gas stoves didn't work, so we couldn't cook the food we packed. We had to spend money out of pocket to pay for showers and food and were never reimbursed.
The RV was great along with the owner but RV share was horrible. They left us stranded in Arizona when we had a tire blow. The roadside assistance is a joke. We spent 5 hours waiting for them to send someone and then was told they couldn’t help us. We ended up paying 500 out of pocket for tires. Losing 100 for our stay that night as well.
We rented the RV paid in advance. The RV was completely filthy upon pick up. The owner said no one had rented it since last season. The RV was not clean, there were dead bugs all over the place, the bathroom shower, toilet, and overall bathroom was completely disgusting. The main bed had dog hair all over it.

Great experience!
The RV had all the amenities necessary to have a great trip. We drove it through the mountains and winding roads without trouble. A lot to take in on check-in to run the mechanicals, but owner available for help. Other RV campers happy to pitch in too.
