Such a wonderful experience. We have done full time RVing, so we are familiar with the life style. These lovely people provided absolutely everything we needed and some. The delivery was wonderful and taken care of completely without us. Same for pick up. So many thoughtful touches. Extremely happy overall.
At the end of the day this was a good rental. The only reason for the drop in stars is several items: 1. we requested to have it delivered and had expected it to be set up and ready to go when we got there. Our flight was delayed 2 hours but still arrived before him. Once we got our spot and started setting up we were told it had not been cleaned so we had to wait on the cleaner to clean it.

Carlos is a very personable guy and was very flexible about meeting us for pick-up and drop-off times, which was helpful.
Carlos was very nice and showed us everything we needed to know about the trailer. I would highly recommend renting this trailer.
RV was very well equipped, clean, in excellent condition and did fully meet our expectations. Service was great and Carlos was very responsive and did not leave any question unanswered. We can recommend the RV any time.
