Doug was very nice and understanding. I would rent another RV from him again.
This was an incredibly satisfying experience. It being our first RV rental, and over two weeks long, we were nervous at first. Doug was always very responsive and helpful - before, during, and after the trip. He demonstrated a genuine willingness to answer our questions and helped us to not feel like we were being bothersome.
Excellent condition, plenty of space for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. First time RVers and everything was so easy. If we had any questions, Doug was quick to respond to my text.
Very nice RV! Made our trip all the more amazing. Bed was comfortable, the overhead bed is more for children or young kids. Table bed slept well. Refrigerator and freezer kept everything super cold and AC blew nice and cold. Shower was a little cramped, but nothing out of the ordinary. Great storage space everywhere. Drove well. Overall it was fantastic.
