Let me start off by saying that Keith is a very nice guy. Picked up the phone every single time I called and was patient in trying to get things resolved. I don't usually leave reviews and much less negative ones but this time I must be frank because my family's vacation was cancelled due to issues with the RV.
Gabriel, you were given the option to leave the vehicle after the slide failure but you still chose to take It because everything else was working. The window was open in the dining area which caused the rain to come in and ruin our cushions, which we did not charge you for.
For first time RVers, my wife and I couldn't have chosen better people to rent from. Mu and Keith were incredible! With this being our first time RV'ing, we had a ton of questions before and during our camping trip. And even though I thought I was being annoying with all my questions, both Keith and Mu welcomed them with open arms.
The RV itself was exactly how it appears in the pictures.
We took a trip from New York to Texas last week and had a wonderful time. The owners are wonderful and we loved the RV.
We had a great time in this RV. It was a wonderful family vacation especially during these trying COVID times. The owner and his daughter were responsive throughout the trip and available to answer any questions.
This was my wife and I first rv experience and the Mu family couldn't have made it any better for us. They were very friendly when we first met them, they explained everything about the rv for us and made it very easy to understand. If I had any questions the Mu family was available for me at anytime.
