Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Please ensure you empty the black and Gray waste tanks upon completion of your rental. If this is not done a $25 dollar per tank fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.
- Only flush waste and toilet paper down the toilet. All other items should be thrown away.
- Remove all linens and place into dirty basket at end of trip. Also please ensure trash is emptied if possible or at least bagged and secured.
- NO SMOKING!! My wife and I don't smoke. If you must do it, Do it outside and away from the RV. We don't want the smell being brought back inside.

This was the worst thing I have ever seen in my eight years of renting camper’s. The camper was filthy, and the spiders were plenty. Food was left in the oven. The refrigerator doesn’t work. You have to fill a outside generator with gas. I could go on , however if you want to enjoy a camper don’t rent this one.
Highly recommend renting this RV from Steven! This was our first experience renting one, and driving with our 6 kiddos to Florida for spring break. Any questions or concerns we had, Steven was always able to be reached. Him and his wife even made went above and beyond to make sure each of our kiddos had a seat belt. Great experience all around, will definitely be using this again
The camper needed some work such as the shower did not work, the heat did not work and the owner did not provide leveling jacks. The RV was not super clean upon pick up however it was pet friendly which was really nice since we took our pets with us.
I apologize for your experience. To clarify though we did have extremely cold temps the entire time leading up to your rental. I waited until the day before your rental to fill the system with water to ensure freezing of the pipes didn't occur but, They did bust and I informed you of this prior to your rental. I would have gladly refunded you at that point .
