This was our first time RV camping. Our experience could not have been better. The camper was delivered on time and it was exactly as advertised. The outdoor mat, outdoor chairs for adults and children and outdoor tables especially made our time outside quite comfortable. Communication with the owner exceeded expectations. The special treats for our granddaughters was a super nice touch.
We had a great experience in this camper. Slept all of us comfotably, and has plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other. It was very clean, and tidy, and Donna has stocked it with everything needed an more. She even left a gift bag and a treats box for us inside, which I thought was very thoughtful. We had this delivered to our camp and set up, which went very smooth.
Donna is a very nice lady. She really wants the rental to go well and called a couple of times to see if we were having any problems our issues that we needed help with. We didn't have any problems and everything was going fine. She is nice and pleasant to deal with and I enjoyed renting from her.
I recommend her and her RV.
We use RVShare every few weeks for camping at my kids' Jr. Rodeos throughout the year and have had good experiences each time. However, this is the first time I am leaving a review to share that we were boondocking (camping without a hook up) and even though I mentioned to the owner that we would be using the RV to sleep and shower, the RV was delivered to us with an empty water tank.
Mrs Donna went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. She left all kinds of nice stuff for the kids to play with. Nicest people will definitely rent from them again. Thanks
Donna was simply amazing. Her camper was so cute and she really went far out of her way to make it comfortable and specific to our needs. Her communication was excellent. Everything that we needed was there and we were very comfortable. The person who delivered it was so friendly and helpful as well! Would definitely rent from her again!
