Clean RV fully stocked with all necessities. Layout was very nice for a family of 5. Flexible pick-up and drop-off. Responsive owner. Had a couple issues with the heat, but could have been user error as we haven't used a lot of RV's before and owner is aware with plans to have a tune up anyone. Would definitely rent again.
It was so dirty! When we picked it up owner said it was dusty from the road construction in the area. The dust was the least of the dirty. The mirrors were dirty the kitchen sink was disgusting there was cheese In it! The floor was yuck the shelves had yuck on them. The kitchen faucet was broke. The overlay on the wood was peeling up everywhere.
Wilfred was very flexible with pickup and drop off times. Had some questions that I needed to call him on the phone about, he answered right away and was very helpful. The trailer was clean and we had a blast.
Great first time experience on renting. The whole process was smooth . Wil was available for any questions the entire time. 👍👍
