- 1. No unauthorized guests on property or in RV. 2. No parties or group activities on property. 2. No illegal substances to be used on the property. 3. Quiet hours between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- 4. No pets permitted of any kind. 5. Please abide by Campfire permit rules when building fires on property in fireplace. 6. No shoes to be worn in RV. Please bring other clean indoor footwear.

The Mountaineer is parked on its own 5 acre parcel of land abutting the White Mountain National Forest in Benton, NH. Currently, the RV is hooked up to the public utility line so it has electricity on demand which runs the outlets, air conditioning, lights, microwave, and others. We deliver water to the property and the sewage is disposed of and taken away as needed. The property is a beautiful, quiet, private view property with close-up views of Kinsman Mountain and the Easton Valley.
RV has full hook-ups to sewer, electricity, and water.
