Jason explained everything to us.Very nice and great to deal with.All we needed was to bring food.Unit drove very nice.
Everything was great! We had never experienced RV camping before but, we definitely will be doing this again. Our family had so much fun. It was really weird not having to stop while on the road for anything except gas (once). Their was nothing we needed to bring except our food.
The owners are nice people and easy to communicate with. The problem is that this RV is not safe some significant mechanical work done. The first hour and half part of our trip, the entire exhaust broke off the hangers. They were very rusted and one had been broken some time as there was remnants of old rope that someone had fashioned around the apparently broken hanger in the middle.
Overall this RV is nice enough but needs some updates to make it worth the rental. Once it is updated and fixed then it would be a good experience but until then I wouldn't rent this again. Great people, sucky RV.
Jason and his wife were awesome to deal with! Very attentive when I had questions and quick to respond. The RV have everything we needed and more! Highly recommend using them!
