Every feature works and is a very clean trailer.The camper has a full private bedroom with queen size bed in it the loveseat is a hide a bed and the dinet can be converted to a bed.

I do NOT recommend
Betty and her husband are rude and obnoxious people I wouldn't rent to them ever again. In less than 3 days they ran the battery down an empty the 2 40 lb. Propane tanks. They moved the trailer after the initial setup an bent the stabilizing jacks an placed wood under the jacks. As for the holding tanks they where returned full. I could go on about how horrible they are of people but I won't.
Tara and Nick are excellent hosts. They went above and beyond to make our camping experience enjoyable. Everything was great. The travel trailer is in excellent condition. Everything worked well, the accommodations were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Tara and Nick!
Excellent People that I would rent to again Kept The rig clean. Very nice family.
