I really liked Jose's spirit. He's honest and fair. This was our 1st time camping and I panicked a couple of times and called Jose. He was right there with his patient and calming spirit guiding us through our situation. Customer service is my main concern. Jose is all about customer. The RV is very sporty and cute.
