Fantastic experience. My wife and I are interested in a Coachmen Freelander for purchase, but wanted to experience one ourselves. The RV is meticulously maintained and looks brand new despite it's age. One would never guess it is 8 years old.
They were very easy to communicate with, accommodating for pick up and drop off. I rated a 4 on amenities only because it was supposed to have an awning and didn’t. The prior renter had ripped it off. Totally understandable and they did purchase an easy up canopy to accommodate. Enjoyed meeting Dawn and her husband and chatting with them. Both are very personable.
Dawn was wonderful to work with! The RV exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and comfort! The RV did very well on the roads and was a very comfortable ride. I would highly recommend renting this RV and working with Dawn.
