We rented a 500 amp generator extra for our trip. We were given two small generators. One completely stopped working and we only had one AC in the Texas heat. The camper itself was very old and had several broken items including kitchen pendants, counters, and other small areas. The bunk beads basically had no cushion; it was more like a folded comforter.
Hello Wendy, we hope you are doing well. In reply to your review, you were given a 50 amp generator; these are inverter generators that are smaller and a lot quitter than the huge old school generators. We did get notification from your husband that the pull start had broken half way thru your rental, but that thankfully you were still able to utilize the RV on 30 amp and use central AC.
Terrible! Do not rent from these people please! We only used the trailer for one night. It wasn't very clean and the bunk room my poor dauther slept in had no heat. All things we could work on and continue. However, our car didn't pull it well, which was our problem. So we took it back. The big issue came when we found out the trailer gave us bed bugs.
Amber, we are sorry you were not pleased with the swaying of unit and had to return early. As you already know we have a strict cancellation policy and still refunded a total of 4 nights plus a few items you purchased. Evidently, you were not content with the refund given and demanded a full refund changing the reason from swaying too much to bug bites your husband had sustained, during your trip.
Friendly service, clean and well stocked rv, no random charges, spacious and comfortable RV with working amenities. This company was easy to work with and they offer other RVs if the one you wanted was booked already. Highly recommend them to anyone! They even let us use the weight distribution and sway bars without charging extra.
Great unit for a family with kids. The second bathroom is perfectly accessible from the outside. Outdoor kitchen is also very handy!
