We rented this RV for 2 moms and 5 teens for a cross country trip (1 month, 9,700 miles). Owners were easy to work and communicate with. Gerald keeps the mechanics in great condition. If you are familiar with RVing you know there are issues that will come up along the way. Gerald helped to troubleshoot when needed and worked with us at our convenience for repairs.
Gerald was an excellent RV host, he worked with me prior to our departure to answer all of our questions and then during the trip was very responsive to our inquiries also. The RV is in good shape for a 2014 - it is comfortable and everything is in good working condition. There were 9 of us - so it was tight at time and still very very fun.

RV was exactly what was needed for my family. There is plenty of room for the family, supplies and travel needs. The outside TV was a huge plus and great for late nights outside. Pick up location and overview of the vehicle was easy and thorough. There are no amenities on board, but that was communicated earlier so I knew exactly what I needed to bring. Highly recommend.
Overall had a good experience. Everything worked as expected and had a good time. The only issue is that the RV was a bit harder to drive than expected (but I am a first time rv'r) and the interior was in a bit rougher shape than expected. Gerald was easy to communicate with and provided all the needed guidance.
