Deborah was very nice, and professional.
I was overall disappointed with the RV though. I was surprised that the navigation did not work...I had to download an app on my phone and this was significantly more unsafe as my normal vehicle navigation has hands free and voice. The doors on the RV inside did not stay closed, and constantly opened and banged around.
My husband and I had a great 7 day trip through the northeast and the RV was perfect! Easy to navigate and Deborah was also always accessible if needed and made the pick up and drop off very convenient and informative. Would definitely recommend!
Great rental. Very good communication by owner and her mechanic. Diesel RV drives nice and lots of space for children.
Handles well for a large van. Good condition for most part. A few of the amenities don't work anymore. Very easy working with owner.
The Little Grey Lady took us on a fun tour through 14 states over 46 days. Deborah, Carlos and Karl responded promptly, sometimes with minutes, each time we had a question about how to operate the rig. The Grey Lady was great for the two of us, just the right size. We negotiated many windy back roads and park byways with ease. We cooked many happy meals in the kitchenette.
Deb and Carlos were great! So friendly and helpful. All their tips were right on and made a first time RV user comfortable and at ease. The rig is perfect for a couple to sleep or a family to comfortably road trip. Deb and Carlos were our safety net on the road and were there for us immediately for any little question. Nice people, great rig, wonderful experience.
