Excellent experience and a 'dream-come-true' vacation. Jose was fantastic through the entire process. He was super quick to respond to all of my questions leading up to the rental, provided an excellent walk-through on the day of pick up, including providing short video clips I could reference while on the road. During our 7 day trip he responded immediately to follow up questions I had.
Jose was great. He came through very last minute and was very helpful.
This was a great home for our weekend in nearby Lake Perris. Jose was very thorough with explaining everything and also sent us How To videos for anything we might not remember after departing. He was quick to respond any time we had questions and very helpful.
