The listing was actuate and the trailer was very spacious. Communication was very good. If I am back in the Phoenix I would definitely rent this trailer again. Had a very good experience with this rental. Thanks again
Overall the trip was just ok. Unfortunately the toy hauler wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped for at pickup. There were also certain features of the toy hauler that were starting to fall apart. We rented this toy hauler based on the unlimited generator usage however the generator failed to work majority of the trip.
Sorry your experience wasn't as nice as it should have been. The generator had just been serviced by the same RV shop you picked the RV up at and was running fine when you left. I received no call from you regarding the generator issue. I also didn't back charged you the damage caused to the Power Tongue Jack which after a further look the shaft was damaged/bent, probably due to dragging. PLUS!
