A/C was abysmal. I realize that Sparta temps for last week were near record, but, we relied on the A/C and were extremely disappointed. Linens, towels, blankets and utensils were non-existent. Inner shower curtain was ripped. Interior refrigerator and freezer stopped working and had to be defrosted, necessitating purchasing a large cooler and ice for the interim.
John and his family were awesome! They delivered and set up the trailer and patiently explained to me how to use it. They stocked it with everything that I needed for an enjoyable outing. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a great experience. I will definitely rent from John in the future.
We had a really great trip and the RV was a big part of it. John delivered and set up the RV for us. It made for a stress free experience.
