- Burning Man - Prices and security deposits displayed are not applicable. The environment causes extensive wear and tear on the RV and extensive cleaning is needed at return. Contact us for details.

Everything was fully explained and they were flexible with pickup and drop off
This was my first RV rental so I didn't know what to expect. Communication with Scott was good and the pick-up was easy and informative. The one glitch was a bit of confusion with the listing, but the overall experience was great, and most importantly, the family loved it!
Hi Jeff, Thank you for the review. The VIN you received was for a 2018 model year camper I sold in August of 2019. It is not easy to update VIN here. The camper you received was a 2020 model of the same camper. I would love to know what features you believe were missing, as they were supposed to have been ordered the same. I have replaced the HDMI cable since your pickup. Scott
