Things To Do Near Korean War Veterans Memorial
Pay your respects to the United States and United Nations soldiers who perished in the Korean War by visiting the Korean War Veterans Memorial. This memorial in West Potomac Park is very near the National Mall. Take time to study the sandblasted photos of people, places, and things involved with this conflict and reflect on the number of casualities engraved into the last wall. See if you can identify if each of the statues belonged to the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy Corpsman, or Air Force Forward Air Observer.
