They are located on Interstate I-85 Exit 51 and are the Auburn-Opelika areas easiest on and off interstate RV park as well as the only privately owned RV park located inside the city limits of Auburn, Alabama.
All sites within the park are full hookups with water, sewer, cable, telephone, WI-FI, 50amp, 30amp and 20amp services. They have multiple site offerings ranging from large pull thru "Big Rig" sites to fit most any size RV to pull through campsites with full hookups available bordering Parkerson Mill Creek where you can open your windows at night and be relaxed by the sound of the flowing waters. There is also a really nice men's and women's bath house facility that is centrally heated and cooled. They offer reasonable nightly, weekly and monthly rates. This is a Full-Service 30/50 Amp Park with a 2022 Bath House with coin laundry nestled on the banks of the Choctawhatchee River. Nicely shaded and the sites are larger than normal and flat. Perfectly located between Enterprise and Dothan, AL.
We have very large, shaded sites with full-service w/s and 30/50 Amp Electric. New bathhouse, restrooms and laundry building. Helpful on-site manager 24/7. We are quiet and mostly long-term residents with site mailboxes and private garbage bins.

My husband and I are new to this whole RV living thing and Allison let us borrow whatever tools we needed to get settled into our new spot. We have plenty of shade, and we are next to the river. This place met my expectations and more, it’s so peaceful and quite. Everyone is very nice here. I have fallen in love with this lifestyle and 80% has to do with this campground.
