The San Joaquin River provides most of the entertainment to the campers at Manteca’s Turtle Beach RV Resort. This location for RV camping near Stockton is often referred to as a fishing camp; many patrons go there for the striper and carp. The park has a fish-cleaning station and boat launch.
You don’t have to spend all your time at the lake during your stay at Turtle Beach RV Resort; you can play billiards or cards in the game room or borrow a book from the library. This park is a Stockton-area camping site that is welcoming to big rigs. The concrete pads and paved roads are long and wide; the pads are between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet and each has a picnic table. The entire park is attractive from the well-kept landscaping to the large clubhouse and convenience store.
The convenience of this RV park is not limited to its prime location. Although Flag City RV Resort is near Interstate 5, it’s much more than just a nice place to stop for the night. It offers amenities such as a fenced dog run, a propane station, free coffee and hot cocoa in the office, and a store that sells wine and beer.

Two Rivers RV Park is a fishing fan’s paradise. While the river is warm in the summer, it’s open for boating in the spring and autumn as well. The RV sites at this campground are shaded by mature trees.

Delta Marina Yacht Harbor is located in Rio Vista. It is on the Sacramento River, and there is a restaurant on-site called The Point. Points of interest like Rio Vista Museum are nearby, and this RV park charges relatively low rates.
Nothing beats being close to the river. Fish are abundant in this area, so if you have a boat, you can launch it from the on-site marina. Delta Marina Yacht Harbor is right in the middle of Rio Vista, and the temperature rarely ever drops below 60 degrees during the day.
